I hold a Master's in UX Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and I have led product design initiatives that improved user adoption and customer feedback—most notably the redesign of Cast Highlight. I combine rigorous user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies to simplify complex software into intuitive experiences.

I have built and maintained design systems and pattern libraries, mentored junior designers, and partnered closely with product and engineering teams to deliver on business objectives. I’m passionate about creating agentive and voice experiences, driving measurable product impact, and fostering collaborative, growth-oriented design cultures.
