I’m a full-stack software engineer focused on designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. I build scalable software and improve user experiences by solving complex problems with clean architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization.

At Flybook Software, LLC, I design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for a cloud-based AWS reservation and business management platform using C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and MySQL (and MongoDB). I lead customer-facing enhancements across reservation workflows, resource scheduling, staff management, administrative tools, and core platform functionality, and I’ve leveraged AI as a support system for planning.

I partner closely with Product and QA to deliver UI/UX improvements that simplify complex workflows and enhance the customer experience. I investigate and resolve 100+ production issues and software defects, and I build backend APIs and responsive front-end components while applying clean architecture and modern software engineering practices (including Nhibernate, REST API, Integrations, and CircleCI).

I also contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment automation using AWS, Terraform, and Docker, supported by Git-based workflows to improve development and release processes. Previously, I developed and optimized e-commerce landing and product pages on Shopify, improving performance, SEO, and engagement with Google Analytics, Lighthouse, and Hotjar (supporting a 20% conversion-rate increase), and I built responsive client websites at Officite using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
