During my internships at Delta Dental of Michigan, I honed my skills in application security and system administration. I performed static and dynamic web application security tests using OWASP concepts, significantly improving the efficiency of web application scanning through automation scripts I developed in Python and Selenium. My role involved collaborating with API developers to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with NIST and HIPAA standards while managing sensitive health information.
In addition to my technical skills, I have a passion for competitive gaming, having led my esports team to the ESL Pro League and winning a national championship as the captain of Michigan Technological University’s CS:GO roster. This experience has further developed my teamwork and leadership abilities, which I bring to every professional endeavor.
