I am a dedicated Level 1 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in network administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for enterprise clients. I manage and maintain network and security devices, work with ISPs on MPLS/DMVPN/BGP configurations, and provide 24/7 support to ensure optimal connectivity.

My responsibilities include preventing data breaches, implementing access controls, coordinating with vendors and operators, and performing backups and configuration management for routers and switches. I collaborate with Level 2 engineers, escalate issues appropriately, and follow ticketing procedures to resolve incidents efficiently.

I hold a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering and CCNA certification, and I stay current with industry practices to enhance network availability, security, and customer satisfaction.
