What I'm looking for

I’m seeking full-time, fully remote employment with an international team in customer support, chat support, or customer service. I’m available for customer-facing roles involving written communication and phone calls.

At McDonald’s Germany, I assisted customers and processed drive-thru orders accurately in a fast-paced, international environment. I communicated with customers to help provide a positive service experience.

As a volunteer with Miguevent, I participated in children’s events and community activities, engaging children through educational games. I also participated in youth and community projects with EDEC.
