I’m a Finance Controller with 8+ years owning P&L, cashflow, and internal control work across startup and multi-branch environments. I scaled startup revenue from USD 15.8K to USD 157K (2022–2024) while cutting OPEX-to-revenue from over 1,700% to 73% and HR cost-to-revenue from over 1,400% to 47% through financial modeling, workforce restructuring, and ERP-driven automation.

At Atlaz Academy, I oversee Finance, Product, Tech, and Academic stakeholders as Head of Operations and report directly to the Owner. I manage full P&L and cashflow forecasting, reduced headcount from 30 to 7 through performance analysis and cost-benefit evaluation, and kept operating cost ratios stable (73–82%) through vendor renegotiation, procurement centralization, and ERP automation using Jurnal and HRIS Talenta.

Earlier, I led internal finance and HR operations—managing monthly P&L, variance analysis, payroll, tax reporting, liquidity planning, and internal control reviews. I also strengthened cost governance as a Regional Cost Control Manager and Cost Control Officer, conducting audits across regional branches, performing fraud risk assessments, and improving budget realization and KPI compliance.

I bring process improvement and risk management to every engagement, translating financial analysis into executive-ready dashboards and measurable outcomes. I’ve supported fast-moving growth initiatives, including scaling government contracts (revenue up 130% and total company sales up 64% YoY into 2026).
