I built the AI Tech Paper Journal, an Android app that helps people manage technical research papers with AI-powered summaries and note-taking.
I developed its PDF upload and paper organization experience using Kotlin and MVVM architecture, and integrated the OpenAI API through Retrofit to generate summaries.
I also implemented a rich text editor for PDF-linked notes and used Firebase Firestore and Storage for data synchronization and document management.
As a Product Designer at Develop For Good, I designed workflows and a high-fidelity prototype for a multi-user family platform. I incorporated findings from teammate-conducted user interviews and helped re-scope the project from a mobile app to a responsive web platform.
