What I'm looking for

I seek a telehealth or public-health role that values trauma-informed, patient-centered care, opportunities to lead workflow improvements, train staff, and expand access for underserved populations.

I am a trauma-informed Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience delivering evidence-based, culturally responsive care across telehealth, reproductive health, pediatrics, public health, and community settings. I bring more than eight years of high-acuity telephone triage experience, independent clinical decision-making, crisis counseling, and medication abortion symptom support, and I serve as an EPIC superuser and workflow trainer to improve access and continuity of care.

My work emphasizes reproductive justice, patient autonomy, and nonjudgmental support for underserved and vulnerable populations. I have led nurse mentorship and scheduling, designed workflow improvements that reduced patient wait times, coordinated multidisciplinary care, and provided trauma-informed education and safety planning to patients and staff.
