QA Lead and ISTQB-certified testing professional with 11.6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test leadership, functional testing, API testing and enterprise application testing across BFSI, Retail, Salesforce, Healthcare and Trade domains.

Experienced in test planning, test strategy, functional, regression, integration, UAT, SIT, E2E and exploratory testing, defect management and stakeholder coordination. I have worked with Postman, Swagger, Selenium, TestNG, SQL, AWS services, JIRA, Xray, Azure DevOps and other QA tools.
