Practiced family-based and employment-based immigration matters, handling adjustment of status, consular processing, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications including L-1, EB-1C, and EB-5. Prepared clients for and attended over 100 USCIS asylum interviews and independently handled matrimonial cases including uncontested divorces.

Managed L-1 visa and EB-1C multinational executive/manager petitions, drafting business plans, definitive statements, and certificates of employment with attorney support letters. Reviewed documentation for USCIS compliance and guided clients in preparing supporting evidence to strengthen approvals.

Prepared and filed affirmative asylum applications and assembled interview and court-appearance packages for USCIS and immigration court. Conducted client interview preparation (mock interviews and testimony review) and managed follow-up filings including employment authorization applications.

Advised on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law, including entity incorporation and compliance. Drafted legal opinions on offshore financing and IPOs and supported client board meetings as meeting secretary.

Provided advisory services on foreign direct investment and corporate law, helping more than 20 multinational manufacturers expand their presence in China. Served as chief negotiator for built-to-lease contracts and advised on a merger between subsidiaries of two Europe-based global healthcare and pharmacy manufacturers.

Earned an LL.M at Moritz College of Law from August 2010 to June 2011. Received a Jones Day Scholarship.

Completed a Master of International Law from September 2004 to June 2006. Awarded full tuition scholarships for 2004–2006.
