I am a Logistics SAP Support and Systems Specialist with extensive experience in designing and implementing business and system processes. My career spans over a decade, during which I have developed a strong aptitude for understanding and resolving complex SAP application issues. I thrive in challenging environments where I can apply my problem-solving skills and contribute to service excellence.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including SAP Technology Specialist at Heineken SA, where I provided third-line user support and facilitated SAP end-user training.
