At WBHO, I worked as a Civil Engineer Intern (Quality Controller) on Moses Mabhida Stadium and Devin Properties (Hollywood). I supported site inspections and helped check work against project specifications and quality standards.
I compiled quality records, including inspection and test plans, checklists, and test results. I also tracked non-conformance reports and followed up corrective actions with site teams until close-out.
During project close-out, I coordinated and tracked subcontractor handover documents, reviewing as-built drawings, test results, inspection records, and operation and maintenance manuals for completeness and compliance with the Quality Manager’s requirements.
Later, as an Assistant Document Control at WBHO, I maintained the project document register, controlled revisions and distribution, and processed and tracked transmittals and approvals.
