Linda Glover

I’m a managing shareholder of the Law Office of Linda M. Glover, PLLC, and I represent clients in complex trial, arbitration, regulatory, and appellate matters. I also advise on issues arising out of anticorruption statutes, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.K. Bribery Act.

My litigation and dispute work spans high-stakes commercial, employment, and energy matters, including international pharmaceutical disputes, breach of contract arbitrations, state court class actions, product liability cases, and employment controversies through trial and appellate courts. Representative results include a $70 million jury verdict for nanotechnology patent infringement claims and a $50 million arbitration award for premature termination of a drug development program.

Beyond advocacy, I provide ongoing counsel on compliance and potential anticorruption issues, formulating and implementing anti-corruption compliance programs. I prepare compliance policies, draft contract provisions for third parties and agents, conduct pre-merger and foreign agent due diligence, and deliver training to executives, key personnel, and employees—supported by experience leading investigations involving SEC/DOJ and related enforcement activity.
