At Podcastle, I test AI-powered Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and AI-assisted video editing features across web and mobile products. I design test plans for video editing, live call, and recording systems while automating UI and API testing with Selenium, Python, Java, and REST Assured.
Across HelpSystems Armenia and Eastern Peak, I built scalable API automation frameworks, tested network monitoring systems across 19 environments, managed CI/CD for test automation, and supported complex learning and examination platforms.
