At WILIX | Project YONOTE, I progressed from QA Engineer to QA Lead / Manual QA Engineer. I established mobile app testing for iOS and Android from scratch, documenting more than 90 critical and significant defects.
I guide a team of 3–5 QA engineers, review test cases and bug reports, and created an onboarding program that trained three new QA engineers. I also maintain QA documentation and conduct technical interviews for Manual QA candidates.
I take responsibility for release quality, including smoke testing, deployment checks, production stability, and release notes. My work also includes regression testing, backlog analysis, and manual testing of web applications and APIs.
