What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading data-driven public health programs that strengthen TB, HIV, and community health outcomes through coordination, capacity building, quality data, and equitable access to care.

I'm supporting Delta State's Global Funded N-THRIP Project at REDAID Nigeria, where I onboarded 78 field team members on MATS, CommTB, AIM250, EPCON, and the Specimen Movement Dashboard. I manage backend systems and program data to improve utilization, identify anomalies, and guide remediation.

Across KNCV TB Foundation Nigeria and Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research Nigeria, I've coordinated TB, HIV, COVID-19 vaccination, linkage, screening, and community outreach programs. My work has included achieving 100% linkage for co-infected patients, supporting 90% TPT completion and a 96% treatment success rate, and vaccinating over 8,000 people across each supported LGA.

I build practical reporting templates, validate data, strengthen service-provider capacity, and use evidence from field supervision to improve care. With an MSc in Public Health, I bring a focus on community mobilization, data quality, accountability, and patient-centered outcomes.
