What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design research-informed, accessible digital products alongside cross-functional teams, where I can turn complex user needs into clear experiences and contribute to product strategy, design systems, and meaningful outcomes.

At Indiana University, I redesigned a public-facing institutional website for 1,000+ daily users, improving navigation efficiency by 80% and engagement by 40%. I translate stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations into accessible, responsive interfaces and clearer content workflows.

I've led end-to-end product design at AgriNovus Indiana and shipped flagship features at Rizzle, pairing research, design systems, and cross-functional delivery to improve task success, satisfaction, retention, and growth. My accessibility research for IU's NSF-funded project has focused on making generative AI and non-visual interactions work better for blind and visually impaired users.
