At Indiana University Health, I grew from illustration and icon work into UI/UX design and design systems. I led end-to-end design for patient-facing features, including online scheduling, provider search, and a clinical studies section for provider profiles.
I shipped 10 search improvements based on customer feedback and data, then redesigned Find Providers, Find Locations, and Find Medical Services with clearer cards, filters, and accessibility fixes. I also built and documented an 88-component Figma pattern library for the IU Health website.
My accessibility work raised Riley Children's Health's score from 78.2 to 86.2, and IU Health's from 80 to 84.7. Outside of product design, I created the Horrorkins horror-themed illustration brand and original artwork.
