Diego Reyes-Alicea
@diegoreyes-alicea
I design accessible, research-driven AI and digital product experiences.
What I'm looking for
I've designed and evaluated digital experiences across AI, accessibility, and conversion-focused web products. At DePaul University, I created study stimuli, interview protocols, and research materials for AI-powered reading tools serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing readers.
At EM Search Consulting, I ran 100+ landing-page A/B tests for 10+ clients, contributing to conversion increases of up to 200%, while designing 30+ landing pages and supporting more than 105 client websites. I bring end-to-end UX practice—from research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes, usability testing, and design systems—to complex, human-centered product problems.
