At Accenture, I work on the CLP ERP Transformation Phase 2 with Oracle Fusion HCM, handling business processes and functional requirements across Core HR and workforce-related areas.

I work with employee data, jobs, positions, departments, transfers, and secondment-related processes. My functional work also covers Absence Management, Learning and Training, and Talent Profiles.

I use HCM Extracts and SQL for employee data extraction, validation, analysis, and troubleshooting. I also prepare test descriptions and test cases, execute functional and integration testing, and validate results across SIT2, SIT3, Pulsora SIT2, and Pulsora SIT3.

During my internship at Fratello Innotech Pvt. Ltd., I developed a web-based Courier Information Management System for managing courier details, tracking and delivery, payments, and branch information using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
