I also step in as de facto Head of IT during key periods, helping set technical priorities and deliver business-critical projects.
At Bitwise Digital Solutions, I build multitenant welfare and property management platforms with M-Pesa, SMS, USSD, role-based access, and real-time notifications. I also create products such as a contextual feedback SaaS, an M-Pesa finance insights app, and a real-time AI content summarizer.
