At Sentinel Title, I progressed from Vice President to Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing four offices across two states and more than $2.4M in annual revenue. I increased first-year revenue by $845K, raised EBITDA from 38.4% to 48%, and drove 17% growth to $2.4M in 2022.

I implemented Qualia solutions for transaction workflows, CRM management, ACH deposits, and integrations while leading ownership changes, office relocation, and technology migrations. I also strengthened team structure through updated policies, onboarding, job descriptions, performance reviews, and an accountability chart.

Now at Qualia Labs, I manage 90+ mid-market accounts representing over $3.15M in ARR, leading executive business reviews, strategic discussions, upsell opportunities, and escalations. I bring a servant-leadership approach focused on clarity, transparency, ethical decision-making, and helping teams execute at scale.
