My research as a PhD Research Scholar in Microbiology at Sree Narayana Collge, Kollam, examines bacterial accumulation in edible bivalves of Ashtamudi Estuary. I have published research on micro-organisms in Marcia recens, E. coli in Crassostrea madrasensis, and bacterial accumulation in Villorita cyprinoides.
I previously worked as a guest lecturer in Zoology at MMNSS College, Kottiyam, Kollam. My research training includes microbiological analysis of bivalves, water, and sediment, as well as DNA fingerprinting.
