I've built SQL and Tableau analyses that turn sales, restaurant, and customer-return data into clear operational insights. My projects include an Executive Sales Dashboard with seven SQL reports and interactive Tableau dashboards for restaurant performance and retail return rates.

Using SQL, I develop reusable CTEs and KPI calculations for revenue, customer rankings, city revenue share, segmentation, and cohort analysis. In Tableau, I clean and connect data, create calculated fields, and build dashboards that highlight trends, performance patterns, and improvement opportunities.

At Giant Glass & Mirror, I review work orders and technical specifications, inspect products for quality, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate workflows to meet customer deadlines.

Previously at CEMEX, I led daily block-plant production operations, tracked performance and equipment conditions, coordinated workforce priorities, and supported safety, quality, and productivity goals. I bring 14+ years of operations experience, detail-oriented problem-solving, and process improvement to data analytics work.
