What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue providing excellent care and support families, while leading teams in safe resident care, strong infection control, clear documentation, and ongoing quality assurance.

I’m a Nursing Care Supervisor focused on accurately assessing, communicating, and documenting residents’ status, and directing daily work assignments to keep care running smoothly and safely.

Before this, I served as a Resident Care Director and Director and Infection Preventionist, supervising nursing staff, supporting incident and accident processes, maintaining infection control compliance, and educating teams through in-services and policy updates.

Earlier, as a Licensed Practical Nurse, I handled medication administration and patient care, communicated with doctors and families, and supported care plan meetings—grounding me in both clinical detail and compassionate family support.
