I’m looking to use my data analysis, organization, and technical skills to improve decision-making, streamline operations, and raise the level of service provided to customers.

At NE BRASIL, I implemented Wazuh and Grafana security tools for Linux clients and developed internal and external Shell Script plugins for monitoring, automation, alerts, and incident response.

I analyzed operational and performance metrics, monitored KPIs, and prepared reports and dashboards using tools including Grafana, Nagios, and Wazuh. I also used spreadsheets for data analysis and explored AI tools to support analysis, automate workflows, and improve operational processes.
