At Growth Bold, I designed Pupi AI, an AI educator, tutor, and friend for K-12 students in Vietnam. I also designed the Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum app and Dental X, a dental clinic management platform.

For Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce businesses at Forix, I analyzed ecommerce data, GA4, and Hotjar insights to identify UX issues and find optimization opportunities. I conducted UX audits and designed wireframes and high-fidelity UIs in Figma, with notes for engineering handoff.

At ABC Technology JSC, I worked as a Business Analyst and Product Designer on Pupi, a gamified e-learning platform for web and mobile. The resume describes the product as reaching 50k+ downloads and 10k+ MAU.
