I’m a software developer focused on turning manual workflows into reliable software. As a Working Student at G+H Systems, I’m building a product-key management tool for daccord’s IAM platform using Java, Web Components, and XML—replacing an Excel-based process for creating and tracking customer-issued product keys.
Before that, I supported daily IT operations at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. I handled 1st-level tickets and escalations, managed Jira service tickets (triage, prioritization, documentation, and user communication), and collaborated with specialized teams when issues required deeper technical investigation.
I also enjoy building end-to-end automations and experimenting with modern computing. I created n8n workflows for invoice & expense reconciliation (with OneDrive and invoice-retrieval APIs) and for automated daily curiosity emails (on a DigitalOcean VPS using Google Sheets and SendGrid), and I’ve implemented quantum algorithms in Qiskit and built a real-time traffic simulation with Java, SUMO, and Traas.
