What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role that blends customer-facing service and backend engineering where I can apply data accuracy, LIMS experience and Python skills in a collaborative, growth-focused team valuing process quality and tech-driven customer service.

I am a customer-focused professional with over 7 years' experience in the medical health sector, specializing in customer communication, data accuracy, conflict resolution and ticketing systems.

In clinical laboratory roles I ensured accurate sample sorting, proofreading of requisition forms, batch tracking, LIMS data entry and strict adherence to SOPs while resolving telephone and administrative queries. I handled dispatch, monitored courier delivery and maintained turnaround time expectations to support clinical workflows.

I am currently pursuing a BCompt in Accounting Sciences and a Backend Software Engineering program with ALX_Africa, combining analytical rigor with backend tools such as Python, SQL and Git. I apply automation and data analysis to improve quality and efficiency and have a strong interest in AI model interaction to enhance customer service.

I bring resilience, problem-solving, omnichannel communication and a drive for results, and I seek opportunities to bridge laboratory operations, data-driven process improvements and backend development to deliver reliable, patient-focused service.
