What I'm looking for

I'm looking for nuclear safety, licensing, regulatory affairs, or technical-oversight work in France, Europe, or remotely, where I can apply regulatory review, requirements, and industrial test-validation experience. I'm available from August 2026.

At ASNR, France’s Nuclear Safety Authority, I reviewed transient and accident analyses supporting operating PWR safety cases and inspected nuclear installations for hazards, deviations, and corrective actions.

Before that, at the French defense procurement agency (DGA), I wrote contractual technical requirements for naval propulsion and validated industry-run operational and contractual test campaigns before delivery.

I bring both sides of a nuclear program: what a safety demonstration must prove to be accepted, and how to steer the industrial partners who build it. My work spans safety analysis, licensing, regulatory review, thermal-hydraulics, reactor physics, and technical documentation.

My trajectory includes reactor-physics modelling at CEA Cadarache, where I studied delayed-neutron effects on decay-heat measurement for the Jules Horowitz research reactor. I’m available from August 2026 for opportunities in France, Europe, or remote engagements.
