At HCL Tech supporting a Meta Data Center, I restore critical production AI and non-AI network capacity through physical break/fix repairs across Fabric infrastructure. I replace TOR switches, line cards, fabric modules, optical transceivers, and power supply units while maintaining strict ESD, security, and asset-tracking standards.
I use AI-directed repair workflows, CLI tools, Looperino, Machinechecker, Cableguy, and automated device drains to validate link restoration and health checks. My work includes Layer 1 fiber diagnostics, contamination inspection, precision cleaning, and EXFO light-level testing, and I consistently maintain under-four-hour MTTA and a 95% Right-First-Time repair rate.
Earlier, I installed and troubleshot enterprise hardware and localized network integrations for Capital Business Systems, and led facility operations and equipment repairs at MSC. I also mentor entry-level technicians, contribute during AI Operations meetings, and stay ready for high-severity on-call work.
