Dual-qualified Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant with ten years advising multinational organizations where legal risk, financial exposure, and cross-border regulation intersect. I currently serve as Tax Manager at a multinational services firm, with prior experience across law and audit environments.

My work sits in corporate legal advisory: transactional and intercompany structuring, cross-border regulatory compliance, corporate governance frameworks, and legal risk management across multiple jurisdictions. What differentiates me is that I evaluate legal exposure with full financial literacy — I read financial statements, audit trails, and tax positions with the same precision most counsel reserve for contracts, which means I catch structural risk at the design stage rather than the audit stage.

I work as the connective tissue between Legal, Finance, and external auditors, translating dense regulatory requirements into decision-ready guidance for executives and non-technical stakeholders.

I'm actively pursuing roles in corporate legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and AI governance — with a particular interest in fintech, crypto-native, and technology companies operating across borders. I am currently completing the IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification, mapped to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.

Based in the Philippines (UTC+8), fully remote-capable, with strong overlap for EMEA and APAC teams. I am planning a relocation to Spain in 2027 and am open to roles covering EMEA, APAC and North America. Available January 2027.
