As General Counsel for a US-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm, I led compliance efforts with US federal regulations and industry standards such as HIPAA, GLBA, CMMC, and telecommunications reporting requirements. I negotiated SLAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts to mitigate liability in high-stakes technology environments.

In private practice as a partner at a law and accounting firm, I provided integrated legal and financial services focused on corporate taxation, litigation, property transactions, and BIR representation, leveraging CPA and tax credentials for strategic tax planning.
