At Visa, I served as Staff Software Engineer and technology custodian for an authorization reliability platform handling more than 3M API calls per month. I reduced its 5xx failure rate from 2% to 0.01% while sustaining 99.99% uptime.
I modernized backend architecture through an enterprise Java 25 upgrade across more than 10 microservices. I also led the migration of 80K+ loyalty datasets into a centralized hub integrated with a 16-microservice architecture.
At Visa, I designed an AI-powered code review agent that reviewed pull requests across 20 repositories, and shipped an internal Interview Evaluation Assistant built on ChatGPT APIs. I also grew the Buyer Travel Solutions backend team from one to five engineers and managed their onboarding and career development.
Earlier, at Philips, I worked on hospital configuration, patient identity, and interoperability systems, including unifying more than 50,000 patient records. At Infosys, I developed backend and fulfilment systems for Nordstrom and contributed to AWS migration workstreams.
