Leandro Gepila

I’m a product designer and startup ecosystem operator focused on open innovation and human-centered outcomes. I design incubation and delivery programs that help early-stage teams move from problem definition to validation with speed and clarity.

Over the past five years, I’ve designed incubation frameworks, mentored early-stage teams across student ventures, SMEs, and tech startups, and delivered ecosystem initiatives in partnership with organizations including DOST, DICT, and regional universities and Technology Business Incubators. I also contribute to Southeast Asian open innovation programs, connecting startups, corporates, and ecosystem partners across the region.

I bring structured execution to complex multi-stakeholder work: I lead program monitoring and evaluation, build delivery systems (workflows, coordination frameworks, and decision-making protocols), and strengthen program efficiency through operational design. I’ve managed portfolios of incubated startups with milestone tracking, business strategy support, and fundraising readiness guided by measurable KPI outcomes.

Right now, I’m working as a Work Product & Operations Lead, aligning product strategy, UX design, and lean startup principles to ensure outputs are grounded in real user needs and clear business direction. I’m DOST-CAR Accredited as a Resource Person for Technopreneurship, Product Development, and TBI Management—because I value systems that scale impact, not just deliver projects.
