In recent roles, I’ve supported arts programs, grants, and public workshops with campaign coordination, digital workflow support, and clearer customer journeys. I’ve maintained and evolved organizational web experiences, designed interactive chatbot and conversion-focused content, and strengthened information hierarchy to make key offerings easier to navigate.

I also bring hands-on creative craft—from wireframing and prototyping to identity systems, print production, and multimedia storytelling. Through user research, testing, and automation workflows (Zapier/Airtable/Jotform), I focus on practical improvements that streamline internal operations and enhance participant engagement.
