Lea Akkila

My name is Lea Akkila, and I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Sustainable Engineering at Arcada, Finland. With a passion for product development, I have gained valuable experience in interpreting and communication through various projects, including my work on the Korean variety show '수학여행.' Here, I interpreted for Finnish students, enhancing my ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

In addition to my interpreting experience, I have honed my problem-solving skills through my background in engineering and carpentry. My training in practical woodworking and furniture design has equipped me with a unique perspective on sustainable product development. I actively participated in a vocational education hackathon in Lyon, where I collaborated with peers to design innovative sustainable products. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in a dynamic work environment.
