I've built backend services at Zalo, including Email Account Linking and OTP verification for its core authentication platform, handling more than 5,000 verification emails each day. I also developed an asynchronous Java service for URL metadata extraction with Redis caching and improved service observability through centralized logging and automated alerting.
At FPT Software, I developed Java backend modules for an automotive auction platform, using AWS EC2, Lambda, and SES to support real-time bidding and email notifications.
Earlier at Phygital Labs, I co-developed a Go-based smart parking system with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and NoSQL schemas for NFC vehicle check-in, transactions, and real-time logs. I graduated from UIT a year ahead of schedule with a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering.
