I'm completing an MS in Business Analytics at Harrisburg University, where I turn complex datasets into actionable business insights through SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

In a banking predictive analytics project, I analyzed 45,211 customer records and built Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost models. I used SHAP, LIME, and responsible AI fairness metrics to translate model results into reliable business recommendations.

I've also analyzed loan applications for credit-risk and default insights, applying preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical evaluation. Through J.P. Morgan's Quantitative Research virtual experience, I applied Python-based quantitative techniques to estimate probability of default from loan portfolio data.

I enjoy building dashboards, reporting KPIs, and communicating analytical findings that support data-driven decisions. My work also includes research on digital transformation, customer engagement, revenue models, and business performance.
