What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to apply my data analysis, technical, and troubleshooting skills in a Data Analyst role.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I supported live service-provisioning systems for an Ericsson telecom engagement, analyzing operational data to help maintain service continuity.

I built Python automation scripts to process and validate provisioning data, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort and turnaround time.

I monitored backend processes and logs, analyzed production incidents, and used root-cause and trend analysis to help restore service and prevent recurrence. I also integrated and tested REST APIs and validated provisioning data flows.

After a planned break to prepare for India's competitive civil-services examinations, I'm returning to full-time work and seeking to apply my data analysis, technical, and troubleshooting skills in a Data Analyst role.
