What I'm looking for

I seek a role that blends program management and communications where I can solve complex problems, improve processes, and produce data-driven recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

I am a communications professional with an M.S. in Communications, Media Management and a background advising large organizations on program effectiveness and process improvement.

At the Department of Veterans Affairs I serve as a Program and Management Analyst consultant, developing recommendations, controls, SOPs, and data-driven briefings to support senior leadership and organizational goals.

Previously, I supported multimillion-dollar clients at Paycom as a Technical Assistance Center Analyst, troubleshooting payroll system issues, collaborating with developers on bug resolution, leading teammates through large system incidents, and documenting process improvements.

I bring strong technical and creative skills across Microsoft Office, Adobe design tools, video editing, Jira/Confluence, Splunk, and HubSpot-certified social media and content marketing practices, and I seek roles where I can combine program analysis with communications and client-facing problem solving.
