At Kingsway Learning Center, I lead the FBA process and ongoing ABA services for four older elementary classrooms, designing behavior supports, IEP behavioral goals, and data-monitoring systems. Previously, I led BCBA services at Flywheel Centers and delivered assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination across in-home, center-based, early intervention, and preschool settings.
I've supported children and adults across educational, residential, day habilitation, and home-based programs, with experience training families, staff, and stakeholders while maintaining treatment fidelity. My work includes functional behavioral assessments, skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programming, RBT supervision, graphic data analysis, and assessments including VB-MAPP, ESDM, ABLLS, AFLS, Socially Savvy, and Vineland-3.
