Lauren Kohr

At Penn State Health St. Joseph, I work across the emergency department, intermediate care, and medical-surgical units while serving as an Interim House Supervisor. I coordinate bed management, staffing, emergency response, high-risk communications, and hospital operations.

I've provided cardiac telemetry care at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, led charge assignments, precepted new nurses, and supported nurse residency education. I also contribute to sepsis and infection-control quality initiatives, bringing prior experience in education and instructional support to clinical development.
