What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, improve production workflows, develop employees, maintain quality standards, and help a high-volume organization meet customer and business goals.

At Baker & Taylor, I manage and support 50+ employees across digital media, lamination, Value Added Services, and Custom Library Services processing.

I’ve progressed from book production auditing and training into team leadership and processing supervision, overseeing payroll, scheduling, workflow distribution, personnel matters, and daily operations. I help teams meet production goals while maintaining quality standards for DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, paperback book covers, jackets, and labeling.

I build targeted training programs, revise processes for greater efficiency and accuracy, and use Excel to maintain training and performance records. I also coach employees, respond to customer inquiries, and manage materials inventory.

Earlier, I managed daily theater operations at Cinemark Movies 10, where I trained staff, supported customer service, and handled concession inventory and ordering.
