Lauren Albers

As a sophomore at the University of Iowa, I am pursuing a major in Communication Studies along with a minor in Sports Recreation & Management. My academic journey is complemented by certificates in Event Management and Leadership Studies, which reflect my commitment to personal and professional growth.

In my role as an Assistant Toddler Teacher at Helping Hands Play School, I create engaging learning opportunities while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children. My previous experience as a Guest Service Associate and Swim Lesson Instructor at St. Charles Park District has honed my customer service skills and ability to lead group activities effectively. I am passionate about fostering positive interactions and creating memorable experiences for those I work with.

Beyond my professional experiences, I actively participate in organizations such as Dance Marathon and Women in Business at the University of Iowa. These roles allow me to raise awareness for important causes and collaborate with peers to make a difference in our community.
