At Nordea Asset Management, I coordinate RFP and DDQ projects across investment, ESG, operations, and client-facing teams. I manage stakeholder input, proposal workflows, and content reviews to support client requests and new business opportunities.
I created an AI-assisted proposal support tool that became the most widely used AI solution in the Investment & Wholesale Distribution department, supporting approximately 180 employees. I also built and maintained a centralised ESG knowledge base and developed ESG-focused training sessions.
Previously, I supported accounting, treasury, and financial reporting at Floene, contributing to standardised annual reporting across multiple companies. At Auxadi, I was responsible for accounting, reporting, and tax compliance for international corporate clients.
