What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead a business group or multisite operation where I can strengthen governance, own P&L performance, build accountable executive teams, and scale sustainable growth alongside boards and shareholders.

At Terana, I govern end-to-end corporate operations across production, logistics, supply chain, quality, administration, IT, and human capital. I created the group’s first Executive Committee and unified accountability across business units to professionalize corporate governance.

Across Terana’s manufacturing operations, I led 100+ employees across two shifts with zero production stoppages, built plant and quality infrastructure from the ground up, and sustained seven consecutive years of growth through P&L discipline, export programs, institutional contracts, and certified operations.
