Actualmente soy Coordinador de Proyectos, enfocado en asegurar resultados en operaciones y equipos con una mentalidad de mejora continua. Me respaldo en una trayectoria sólida dirigiendo plantas de alimentos y transformando procesos para lograr desempeño medible.
Durante más de 20 años he administrado plantas de alimentos, combinando operación con estándares sanitarios y de inocuidad. Soy experto en HACCP y he liderado la implementación y control de prácticas que protegen la calidad desde la operación diaria.
He trabajado con auditorías y esquemas como SMETA, SQF y BRC, manteniendo disciplina documental y foco en hallazgos accionables. Además, manejo KPI, costeo, planeación y forecast, y tengo experiencia en mantenimiento e instalación de equipos, diseño de líneas de producción, control de inventarios y manejo de almacenes.
Coordino de manera directa los departamentos de Calidad, Sanidad, Producción y Mantenimiento, impulsando Lean manufacturing y liderazgo para alinear equipos. Mi enfoque es claro: hacer que la operación sea eficiente, predecible y auditable, con resultados consistentes para la organización.
