At Lamart Corporation, I execute physical and mechanical testing for aircraft insulation and high-performance materials used across aerospace, defense, and medical device applications. I document trial data, analyze trends, and support R&D product development and process optimization.
I also manage part numbers in Infor, update product specifications in QT9, and complete batch release reviews to keep product records accurate and compliant with ASTM and Boeing specifications.
Previously at GAF and Lanxess, I formulated coatings and adhesives, performed ASTM, SAE, and FTM testing, and used HPLC, UPLC, GC, FTIR, SEM, fluorescence microscopy, and DSR to evaluate materials. I developed test methods, authored SOPs, conducted accelerated aging studies, and maintained controlled laboratory documentation.
