I am a creative, customer-focused professional with broad experience in retail sales, technical support, and digital content creation. I specialize in travel and portrait photography, vlog-style videography, and end-to-end content production using industry tools.

At Best Buy I delivered in-home technical support, product setups, diagnostics, and repairs while communicating clearly with customers of varied technical comfort levels.
